Our story
We started as a specialist healthcare staffing team, placing support workers, carers and nurses into mental health units, complex care packages and people's homes. Providers kept asking whether we could help with schools too — SEN settings in particular, where the skills overlap almost entirely with the care sector.
Solace Health is the answer to that. Same consultants, same compliance standards, same 24/7 desk — now with dedicated education specialists placing teachers, teaching assistants and support staff across SEN and mainstream settings.
